How do we use them to enhance student learning and achievement without diminishing what we hold as most valuable in a Lawrenceville education?

  1. The AASL's "Best Websites for Teaching and Learning" is a great resource in accordance with [the AASL's] Standards for the 21st Century Learner, compiled annually by leaders in the education and information technology fields: http://www.ala.org/ala/mgrps/divs/aasl/guidelinesandstandards/bestlist/bestwebsites.cfm

  3. I came across a very interesting presentation technology that transcends the linear page-by page format of Power point.

There is a link to a sample presentation below. indivudal accounts are free. It would be very helpful for spatial concepts that are difficult to relate. I keep thinking of explanations in calculus class way back when...

  4. Thanks Marc! Prezi is pretty neat. Here's a prezi that our PLP (Powerful Learning Practice) team did describing Harkness 2.0: http://prezi.com/y2cmnx4p1h2q/what-is-harkness-20-teaching/
